By completing this online registration form, you confirm your interest and ability to attend the selected public workshop, and your agreement to be invoiced for the applicable fees of the selected public workshop.

  1. Guarantee your seat by submitting the completed online registration form 7 days before the workshop date.
  2. A confirmation email will be sent before the workshop date.
  3. No cancellation or refund is allowed, but a replacement participant may be sent if you are unable to attend.
  4. Event cancellation or postponement: We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event at our sole discretion. If the event is cancelled or postponed, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule it within two (2) months of the original date. Registration fees paid for a cancelled or postponed event will be applicable to the rescheduled event on a ringgit-for-ringgit basis. If we elect not to reschedule the event, a refund will be offered. Our responsibility is limited to refunding the registration fee(s) already paid. We will not be responsible for any airline tickets, hotel costs, or other related expenses incurred due to the cancellation or changes. Please allow up to thirty (30) days for us to process any refunds.
  5. Speaker disclaimer: The workshop does not constitute an endorsement of the speaker(s) by Fuller Academy. We shall not be liable for any circumstances arising from any engagement between the speaker(s) and participants.
  6. Data accuracy: You confirm that the information provided to us is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You have read and agreed to how we process your personal data in our Privacy Policy.
  7. Material usage: The materials provided in the workshop are for your personal use only. You are prohibited from reproducing, sharing, or using these materials, either wholly or partially, in any manner against third parties or in legal defence. All copyright and intellectual property rights in the workshop materials remain with Fuller Academy.
  8. Programme changes: The organiser reserves the right to make any necessary amendments or changes to the programme in circumstances beyond our control.
  9. Liability: Our total liability to you for all claims related to the workshop or event is limited to the amount of registration fees paid or payable by you.
  10. Invoice and payment for non-HRD clients: Non-HRD claiming clients will receive an invoice acknowledging their registration for the selected public workshop. Registration will only be confirmed once proof of payment is provided via email or other means, and full payment has been received. An e-receipt will be issued after payment is confirmed.
  11. HRD claims: HRD claiming clients are required to apply for HRD approval before the workshop date, following HRD guidelines. If we do not receive notification of your successful application through the e-Tris portal before the workshop date, we will invoice you for the full amount. Participants who do not meet the minimum 75% attendance requirement will not be eligible for the HRD claim, and the full registration fee will be charged.
