Role Overview
As a Business Development & Partnerships Associate at Fuller Impact, you will help shape our growth strategy by forging strong relationships with external partners. You’ll identify new business opportunities, support corporate engagement, and collaborate with internal teams to design impactful partnership programs.
This is a perfect role for those who are entrepreneurial, proactive, and motivated to expand sustainability’s reach in the business ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential partners, clients, and collaborators (corporates, agencies, universities, NGOs).

Support outreach for training programs, consulting projects, and co-hosted events.

Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to drive business opportunities.

Work with the marketing and sales teams to align on partnership campaigns.

Assist in preparing partnership proposals, MoUs, and pitch decks.

Track and manage pipeline opportunities in the CRM system.

Represent Fuller Impact at events, forums, and networking sessions.

Provide feedback on market needs and partnership trends to inform strategy.
Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

1–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales (fresh graduates with strong networking skills may apply).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in presenting to external stakeholders and clients.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities.

Interest in sustainability, corporate learning, or ESG consulting.
Nice-to-Haves:

Experience building partnerships in B2B or training/education industries.

Familiarity with proposal development and sales decks.

Regional exposure in ASEAN markets.
