Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful HR & Business Support Executive to play a dual role in driving people-focused initiatives and providing strategic business support. This position is key in ensuring smooth HR operations, cultivating a positive workplace culture, and supporting management in achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Human Resources
- Drive end-to-end HR operations including records management, documentation, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Design and implement HR policies, training, and programs that encourage sustainability, inclusivity, and employee engagement.
- Support the performance management process by ensuring appraisals align with organizational values and objectives.
- Foster a workplace culture that is positive, collaborative, and eco-conscious.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and sustainability-related employment practices.
- Manage employee benefits and wellness programs, including health, engagement, and environmental initiatives.
Business Support
- Provide business and operational support to the CEO and management team, including scheduling, correspondence, and project execution.
- Lead and coordinate project initiatives, ensuring effective planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Oversee procurement of supplies and equipment while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance.
- Manage financial support functions, including accounts payable, employee claims, and petty cash.
- Plan and deliver both internal and external events, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements at local, state, and federal levels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications in HR or Accounting are a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, HR administration, or a combined role involving both functions.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Brio HR) and HR management tools
