Marketing Executive Job Description
Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive online and offline marketing plans and strategies to achieve the company’s objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget to optimize resources and achieve marketing goals cost-effectively.
- Plan, manage and execute campaigns to promote the company’s products or services.
- Oversee, create, manage and optimize the marketing content, including social media updates, visual assets, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, etc.
- Monitor, analyze marketing performance of online and offline efforts and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and initiatives while making data-driven decisions to maximize performance of campaigns.
- Coordinate and execute physical and virtual marketing events to engage with the target audience.
- Identify and build partnerships with relevant organizations to expand the company’s reach.
- Implement marketing automation tools and systems to streamline marketing processes.
- Define the marketing psychology, hooks and paradigm shifts for the Product and ensure that the entire product is in alignment with the overall marketing strategy and branding.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Marketing and Communications experience
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or any related field is typically required
- Ability to create content (visual and written) and execute marketing campaigns
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Knowledge in sustainability and its applications to business and industries would be an added advantage
- Strong project management skills to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns.
- Plus point if you have experience targeting ASEAN and global markets
- Strong command of business level English and (optional) ability to converse in other languages
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical and creative-problem solving abilities, and operational skills
