Role Overview

As a Research & Insights Associate at Fuller Impact, you will play a critical role in building the knowledge foundation that drives our consulting and sustainability projects. You’ll conduct market research, track emerging ESG and industry trends, and transform data into clear, actionable insights that help shape client strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct primary and secondary research to support ESG, consulting, and strategic advisory projects.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor benchmarks, stakeholder behaviors, and broader business environments.
  • Summarize findings into clear reports, presentations, and dashboards that inform both clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants and analysts to prepare client-ready deliverables.
  • Stay up to date with sustainability and industry developments, contributing to Fuller Impact’s internal knowledge base.
  • Assist with competitor analysis, stakeholder profiling, and opportunity assessments.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in research, data analysis, business intelligence, or academic research
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and research platforms (Statista, IBISWorld, etc.)
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and a proactive mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace product (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Internship, thesis, or project work involving sustainability, market, or business research.
