Job Overview:

The Enterprise Solutions team serves organizations—including SMEs, Mid-Tier businesses, corporates, governments, and nonprofits globally—by providing advisory and consulting services to help them integrate sustainability and ESG principles into their operations. We also offer upskilling and training to ensure their workforce can effectively implement these strategies. As part of Fuller Impact’s pioneering team, you will play a key role in expanding access to both advisory and education services regionally. We are looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial Sustainability Consultant with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute corporate ESG frameworks and strategies with a focus on effective stakeholder engagement.
• Provide Technical Expertise: Offer expert technical support for diverse ESG projects, including but not limited to materiality assessments, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement reviews, ESG investment, sustainable supply chains, and industry-specific
  topics.
• Lead Training Sessions: Conduct public and corporate training sessions to enhance ESG and sustainability capabilities among individuals and businesses.
• Client Consultation: Design and implement impactful sustainability strategies and programs aligned with client objectives. Cultivate strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in ESG and sustainability matters.
• Project Collaboration: Work with clients and internal teams to adapt to various ESG frameworks, staying abreast of evolving standards.
• Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to industry-wide capacity building through knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Project Management: Manage or coordinate various project tasks, including proposal sections, ensuring effective delivery.
• Business Development: Participate in pitching assignments, assist in business development activities, and contribute to the company’s revenue through successful project delivery and client engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or related roles and minimum 10 years of working experience.
• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Social Science, Political Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or equivalent. A Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with global standards and requirements such as but not limited to GRI Standards, GHG Protocol, Sustainability Reporting, and Science-based Targets. Experience as a lead for ESG project implementation is essential.
• Certifications: Additional qualifications relevant to sustainability subject areas from GRI, SASB, TCFD, IFRS S1 and S2, etc., will be an advantage.
• ⁠Collaboration: Proven history of building successful relationships and working collaboratively.
• Problem-Solving: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects in diverse areas.
