Sustainability Research Intern Job Description

Job Overview:
Joining the Fuller Impact team, you will be part of the pioneer team and play a key role in increasing the access to sustainability and ESG regionally. You will help design and implement sustainability and ESG strategies while contributing to Fuller Impact’s growth and long-term success. We are in search of a passionate Sustainability Research Intern with a proactive and growth mindset approach.

Responsibilities:

• Support the research, design, and development of sustainability-related courses, roadmaps, or programs.
• Assist in designing and developing learning programs and experiences by applying adult learning principles and structure.
• Collaborate with the product content team to create engaging and effective learning experiences that cater to the needs of business professionals and industry
  leaders.
• Communicate and deliver messages proficiently and efficiently with industry leaders to establish partnerships and collaborations.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
• Support project delivery by managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with different team members and stakeholders to ensure a successful outcome of the project.
• Contribute to project planning and execution, while also ensuring that project goals and objectives are met.
• Conduct research on sustainability-related topics to stay updated with the latest trends and insights.
• Analyze sustainability-related data to help create impactful sustainability-related courses, roadmaps, or programs.
• Stay up to date with the latest sustainability needs, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements:

• A final year student or recent graduate with a passion for sustainability and research.
• Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months.
• Business-level written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and creative problem solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational, and operational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
