A leading sustainability practitioner in Malaysia, Kishore currently serves as the Head of Strategy and an extended management team member for Dutch Lady Milk Industries (DLMI) Berhad. In this role, he supports the company’s business focus and ambition, including its sustainability agenda and performance. Prior to DLMI, he was the Chief Impact Officer of IMPACTO Sdn Bhd, Malaysia’s only Benefit Corporation (B-Corp) sustainability advisory. As a pracademic, he also served as an Assessor at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. He is the co-founder and ambassador of the CEO Action Network (CAN), a coalition of nearly 70 leading Malaysian corporations committed to sustainability leadership. In 2023, he founded CAN’s DEI workstream, advocating for organisational justice as the basis for developing and applying DEI principles and policies.

With over 35 years of cross-cultural experience in human capital development, Dr. Sandhya has worked with multinational organizations and business leaders across five continents. She has extensive experience designing and facilitating workshops on various leadership themes for executives at all levels and has held key positions at Duke Corporate Education, Temasek Management Services’ Academy, and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. A recipient of the prestigious Chevening Gurukul Scholarship, Sandhya studied at the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE) and began her career in corporate L&D with the United Breweries Group, India.
